Shipping

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email and our staff will track down the item(s) that you purchased to prepare for shipping. All orders that are in-stock will ship within 1-3 business days*.

Killington Sports is proud to offer shipping via UPS with the exception of shipments to PO Box addresses which will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail as soon as your shipment is created.

For your security, the shipping address must match the billing address.

*Orders for some trail signs can take up to three weeks to ship, depending on work load in the Killington sign shop. Email us at Estore@killington.com or give us a call at 802-422-6818 with any concerns.

In-Store Pickup Orders

We offer free in-store pickup for all online orders, simply select in-store pickup as your shipping option. Note: You will still have to enter a shipping address, simply in case we need to ship the item later on.

In-Store Pickup Options are:
    • Killington Sports RT 4 (2326 US-4 Killington, VT 05751)
    • Snowshed Retail*
    • Pico Retail**
 
* Please allow 48 hours for Snowshed and Pico order processing.
** Pico orders can be picked up only on days Pico mountain is open

 

Exchanges & Returns

We will gladly return full priced merchandise for a full refund of the cost of the item*. All items must be returned within 30 days from purchase date and be unworn, unused, and have original tags. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

*All sales are final on goggles, helmets, hats, gloves, facemasks and footwear.
*All sales are final on sale merchandise.

To Return an Item
:
1)      Log-in to your account and navigate to the Completed Orders section. From here you will have the ability to initiate a return.
2)      Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email from our specialist.
3)      Package the return and ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.
Please include the Order number on the outside of the package.

4)      Once your returned merchandise has been received in new, unworn condition with all tags present, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.

Exchanges: If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund as outlined above and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won’t go out of stock. Refunds will be processed after as we receive your return.

Defective or Incorrect Item: If we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires an exact exchange, we will contact you to understand the situation. Once the exchange is approved, we will send a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.
