Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email and our staff will track down the item(s) that you purchased to prepare for shipping. All orders that are in-stock will ship within 1-3 business days*.
Killington Sports is proud to offer shipping via UPS with the exception of shipments to PO Box addresses which will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail as soon as your shipment is created.
*Orders for some trail signs can take up to three weeks to ship, depending on work load in the Killington sign shop. Email us at Estore@killington.com or give us a call at 802-422-6818 with any concerns.
We charge an international flat-rate of $20 per order.
In-Store Pickup Orders
We offer free in-store pickup for all online orders, simply select in-store pickup as your shipping option. Note: You will still have to enter a shipping address, simply in case we need to ship the item later on. All in-store pick up orders will be default to our Route 4 location (2326 US-4 Killington, VT 05751). When your order is ready, you will get the "awaiting pickup" notification e-mail. If you would like to arrange a pickup at K1, Snowshed or Pico Retail just include that in the comments section on your order and we will gladly accommodate.
Exchanges & Returns
If you need to return an item for any reason, our goal is to replace the item(s) you are unhappy with via a free-shipping exchange. We will send you the replacement item(s) with packaging and a return label so all you will have to do is drop the return package off at any UPS pickup location. In the case that you would not like a replacement, we will gladly offer refunds for select* full-price merchandise in new, unworn condition with all tags present for a full 14 days from the date you receive your shipment. After 14 days, store credit will be granted in the form of a Killington Resort gift card. To initiate an exchange or return, please log-in to your account and navigate to the Completed Orders section. From here you will have the ability to initiate a return authorization. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email from our specialist with further instructions.
