Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly return full priced merchandise for a full refund of the cost of the item*. All items must be returned within 30 days from purchase date and be unworn, unused, and have original tags. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

*All sales are final on goggles, helmets, hats, gloves, facemasks and footwear.
*All sales are final on sale merchandise.

To Return an Item:
1) Log-in to your account and navigate to the Completed Orders section. From here you will have the ability to initiate a return.
2) Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email from our specialist.
3) Package the return, including the Order Number on the outside of the package.
4) Ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.

Once your returned merchandise has been received in new, unworn condition with all tags present, your refund will be processed in 5-7 days. Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.

Exchanges: If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund as outlined above and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won’t go out of stock. Refunds will be processed after as we receive your return.

Defective or Incorrect Item: If we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires an exact exchange, we will contact you to understand the situation. Once the exchange is approved, we will send a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.
