What to Expect After Ordering

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email and our staff will spring into action to prepare your order for fulfilment and shipment. Orders featuring free shipping, ground shipping and fixed rate shipping will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders featuring UPS 3 Day Select or quicker shipping placed before 11:00 a.m. eastern time will ship the day of the order on business days. Orders featuring UPS 3 Day Select or quicker shipping placed after 11:00 a.m. eastern time or over the weekend or a holiday will ship the following business day.

Killington Sports is proud to offer shipping via UPS with the exception of shipments to PO Box addresses, and select smaller items, which will be shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on it's way and providing you with a tracking number.

Free Shipping on orders over $100

Love getting new gear but hate shipping costs? You've come to the right place. All orders over $100 qualify for free ground shipping within the continental United States. In addition, we offer free in-store pick-up for those who would prefer to skip shipping altogether.

Free In-Store Pick-Up

Headed to Killington or live nearby? Take advantage of our free in-store pick-up service. Orders with free in-store pick-up selected can be picked up at Killington Sports' Route 4 location at the intersection of Route 4 and Killington Road. Simply bring a copy of your order confirmation to a sales associate and they'll have your gear in your hands just like that, saving you time and money.

If you would like to pick-up your order at a Killington Sports location other than Killington Sports - Route 4, please email your request to estore@killington.com or give us a call at 1-800-734-9483.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to locations other than the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Returns

We will gladly return select* full price merchandise in new, unworn condition with all tags present for a full refund up to 14 days from the date you receive your shipment. After 14 days, a store credit will be granted in the form of a Killington Resort gift card. To initiate a return, please log-in to your account and navigate to the Completed Orders section. From here you will have the ability to intiate a return authorization. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.
